Prepare Customs Paperwork

According to Ukrainian customs law all non-document shipments should be declared and accompanied by a full package of paperwork.

Customs Paperwork

We assist You during customs processing. Note that additional documents may be required from the sender depending on the contents of Your shipment. Below You can find the examples of forms and necessary documents for sending export shipments. Please contact us if You need further information.
If you are sending a non-commercial shipment for a non-business purpose, for example, a personal gift, sample or faulty part, use the:

Private person

Customs clearance of non-document shipments addressed to private individuals in Kiev can be done with one of the following options:

1.  To sign an agreement on brokerage services with DHL

Required documents:
  • Agreement on brokerage services
  • Declaration to customs services on a parcel content

Once prepared the documents should be returned to DHL Customs Clearance department either with a courier or at one of the drop off locations in DHL Service Points:
  • Lugova Street, 9 (from 8 am till 8 pm, Monday – Friday)
  • Chervonoarmiyska (Velyka Vasylkivska Street), 2 (from 9 am till 4.30 pm, Monday – Friday)

2.  Alternatively customs clearance of a parcel can be done by a receiver personally at Kiev Specialized Customs at Lugova Street, 9.
