Purpose of the Role:
Developing secondary school graduates through involvement in our day-to-day freight business activities within our German terminals combined with integrated university studies to get aware of logistics business principles. After 3 years successful education in Germany the bachelor degree will be granted and DHL Freight will offer you an attractive career in your home country organization as part of our international network.

Qualifications:
· Excellent secondary school graduation certificate
· Fluent German and English
· Openness, intercultural interest, team-player
Skills:
You are an open-minded secondary school graduate. Intercultural interested, willing to start a European career combined with theoretical studies in logistics. As a team player you would like to develop your people skills while studying and working in a multicultural environment.

German language certificates:
At least DSH 2 - Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang ausl. Studienbewerber (German language test for foreign high school applicants);
· TestDaF: In each testing component minimum TestDaF-Level (TDN) 4 results;
· GDS - Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom;
· KDS - Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom;
· ZOP - Zentrale Oberstufenprüfung (The central advanced language skills testing).
